На официальном сайте Совета Федерации в пятницу опубликован законопроект о профилактике семейно-бытового насилия, подготовленный членами Совета Федерации и депутатами Государственной Думы.

Инициатива о профилактике семейно-бытового насилия была разработана в ответ на запрос общества, и главная её цель — предотвратить ещё более тяжёлые формы насилия в семье.

Карелова пояснила, почему сенаторы продлили работу над проектом о профилактике домашнего насилия

У целого ряда общественных организаций не было возможности ознакомиться с проектом федерального закона «О профилактике семейно-бытового насилия в РФ», поэтому было принято решение продлить время работы над документом.

Законопроект о профилактике домашнего насилия опубликован на сайте Совета Федерации

На сайте Совета Федерации опубликован законопроект о профилактике семейно-бытового насилия, подготовленный членами СФ и депутатами Государственной думы. «Документ предусматривает создание более эффективного механизма защиты прав личности, в том числе, лиц, подвергшихся семейно-бытовому насилию. В качестве форм профилактического воздействия предлагаются правовое просвещение и правовое информирование, профилактическая беседа, защитное предписание, судебное защитное предписание, профилактический учет, профилактический контроль, помощь в социальной адаптации лиц, подвергшихся семейно-бытовому насилию, их социальная реабилитация», - следует из сообщения, размещенного на сайте СФ. Также авторы законопроекта попросили всех желающих принять участие в обсуждении документа и вносить конкретные предложения по корректировке статей проекта закона.

Addressing a durbar of chiefs and people of the Upper East and North East region of Ghana in Pwalugu and to cut sod for the project to begin, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo said government is committed to starting and finishing the project as scheduled. “As we further indicated to our commitment to the realisation of this project, the total cost of the project amounting to some $993 million nearly a billion dollars to be borne entirely by government”, he said. According to the President, the Chinese firm Sinohydro, a subsidiary of PowerChina will build the project under the engineering procurement construction contract which will be executed in fifteen (months).
